Exchanges and returns

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it (except for sale items, where the return period is reduced to 15 days). Return shipping is free. Remember that items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

What do you need to do? Manage your return through self-service or, if you prefer, write to us at hola@garos.es. You must send the items you wish to return unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, to the address we will provide by email . As soon as we receive the products and verify that they arrived in good condition, we will refund you using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

Please note that we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (if you had to pay them).

IMPORTANT: Any CUSTOMIZED product that has been custom-made for a client is excluded from this rule.
